Basic Camera Shots- Evidence of understanding

This is a point of view shot because simon a character in the series is holding the phone and it looks like he is looking at the phone.

Filming Techniques

Preliminary Task Introduction

Continuity task involving filming and editing a character opening a door, crossing a room and sitting down in a chair opposite another character, with whom she/he then exchanges a couple of lines of dialogue. This task should demonstrate match on action, shot/reverse shot and the 180-degree rule.


Media Specific Terminology

Filming- when you use a camera or another type of device to record something that you may want to include in a video that you are making. 

Editing- where you can make changes to a certain clip you recorded. this normally includes adding special effects, trimming videos down and including music in the background of it.

Character- where there is a person or animal included in the film.

Dialogue- where people talk in the film that is off a script.
